Well after practically loosing faith that I was actually going to receive a refund for my XT2 a letter arrived in the post today agreeing to my terms!  Awesome!  Dell received my small claims court order which I had completed online via https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk for the princely sum of £60 and agreed to the refund...
